Week One Pass/Fail Reports: Big 12

Big 12 Record: 6-3

Pass: Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, TCU, West Virginia, Baylor

Oklahoma: Sooners roll up FAU in a hurry, and Murray shines in debut as starting QB.
Oklahoma State: Cowboys don't get much of a challenge against Missouri State. Taylor Cornelius tosses 5 TD passes in win.
TCU: Shawn Robinson has strong debut for Frogs at QB, tosses 3 scoring strikes in blowout of Southern.
West Virginia: Grier has strong Heisman campaign debut with 429 yards and 5 TDs against Tennessee in win.
Baylor: Jalan McClendon completes 10/13 passes in Baylor rout of Abilene Christian. John Lovett and JaMycal Hasty combine for 5 rushing scores.

Fail: Texas, Texas Tech, Kansas, Kansas State
Texas: Longhorns fall to Maryland for second straight season. Not what Tom Herman was brought on for.
Texas Tech: 20 point loss to Ole Miss in Houston signs the beginning of the end for Kliff Kingsbury.
Kansas: Losing to Nicholls forces a week one statement from AD Jeff Long. David Beaty is on his way out.
Kansas State: Wildcats struggle to sneak out a win over South Dakota. Uncharacteristically awful performance.
